Looking for suggestions on an inexpensive, but cute and colorful children's playroom. Room is 15'x18'

You should check out a product called Marmoleum by Forbo. Marmoleum is made from renewable, natural ingredients and it repels dust and dirt making it easier to keep clean. The best thing is that is comes in many different colors and you can even buy it in small tiles to make a custom design in the room. Check them out on Forbo's website. They even have design ideas on their website.
